Self-Confidence Through Self-Defence
Thank you for visiting my site. One of the things I have learned during my career in law enforcement and professional boxing is that there is more to defending yourself than physical strength or weapons. Protecting yourself requires confidence just as much as it requires physical abilities.
I created Strike Back And Survive to use my experience to teach others the skills required to survive a physical attack. I teach my students to be aware of their surroundings, how to avoid an altercation, and, when necessary, to use force to end an attack, including deadly force when necessary.
One of the most important skills I teach my students is confidence. I help them gain the confidence that will help them survive a physical encounter. The confidence gained by learning self-defense will improve your mental and emotional well-being because it provides control over the situation.
It is a changing world, and no one should be caught defenseless. Self-defense and CCP classes are more important than ever.
